The suggested new method of education that does away with examinations at school leaving time, but have entrance test for higher education is a poison pill aimed at urbanizing education and making it unavailable to poor, rural and middle-class. It will only allow trainining institutes like that of IIT, AIEEE to flourish making such institutes available only to those who can afford such tuitions and training..
Legalize Capitation Fee..
We should legalize capitation fee, but it should be collected by a central governmental agency, which also conducts centralized admission (like AIEEE) and hands over the money to colleges, so that it does not become black money for politicians..
