MAGLET

Ingredients:
Egg – 1(beaten)
Maggi Noodles- 1/4th(boiled with masala)
Chopped Onion & tomato(optional)
Method-
1. Mix the prepared maggi in the beaten egg.
2. Add chopped onion and tomato.
3. Shallow fry in frying pan, like an omlette.
4. Serve with sauce.
TOMATO MACRONI

Ingredients:
Macroni – 1 cup
Tomatoes(chopped)- 3
Onions(chopped)- 2
Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
Giger-garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup
Flour(maida)- 1 tbsp.
Pepper- 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 1 tsp.
Oil- 1 tbsp.
Salt
Method:
1. Boil the macroni in salted water.
2. Drain the boiled macroni through cold water.
3. Apply half tablespoon oil and keep aside.
4. Heat oil and put onion and ginger-garlic paste.
5. Fry till onions are trasparent.
6. Add flour. Stir for 1 minute.
7. Add milk and keep stirring on a low flame for 2 minutes.
8. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper & ketchup.
9. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
10.Add macroni. Mix gently.
