considering all the facts i always support that our law maker makes the law in such a way that it permits the accused to move freely and ultimately his attitude is like that he has done some great work and culprit is the woman that her character was bad, so i think we need some great amendmend particularly this issue, because the victimised she will be penetrating metally by our society throughout the rest of her life.

It is a great article you have written here Srikant ji…..it is really very easy to discuss these things and forget about it, but the one who has gone through the brutal incident is actually raped everyday by each on of us who stigmatise her and consider her as the culprit instead of the vicitm.
